Market Comments for 2001

Multifamily/
Residential

Occupancy is holding well. Moderate growth. Stable for older/moderate. Increasing for high and newer properties.
Office Downtown soft. Suburbs are good but becoming overbuilt in some areas like Blue Ash.
Retail Older strips are hurting. A good anchor is the key to value. Flat rents. Big concerns on B-space tenant and unanchored strips.
Industrial Good rents and absorption in 2000 slowing in 2001.Stable to moderately increasing rents.
Single Tenant/
High Credit
Lower interest rates will drive down cap rates here in line with the bond market.
